Sales Support Employee (m/f/d)

Location: Hermsdorf | Start: immediately | Remuneration: according to qualification & experience
Employment: permanent full-time or part-time | Working hours: day shifts

What you can expect from us:

• Customer support and advisory services for our existing clients in internal sales.
• Creation and tracking of offers in coordination with technical departments and cost estimation.
• Active support for Customer acquisition (e.g. initial telephone contact, lead follow-up)
• Customer relationship management and development
• Order processing from inquiry to handover to production
• Coordination and liaison with field service, planning and production
• Customer and project data maintenance in the CRM system
• Support for sales campaigns and market analysis

What you bring with you

• Completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally in sales, or comparable qualification
• Previous experience in internal sales or customer support is desirable
• Enjoyment of communication and proactive customer engagement
• Structured, independent and solution-oriented approach to work
• Organisational talent and a good sense of priorities
• Proficient with MS Office, ideally with experience of CRM systems
• Very good written and spoken German (at least level C1)
